RMA Inspection Details

The RMA inspection details page, accessible from Procurement -> Inspections and from the individual RMA order details, allows you to inspect the returned products from the customer and determine the RMA type.

One of the following decisions can be made:

1. Repair - repair the products.
2. Repair and ship back - repair the products and ship them back to the customer.
3. Replacement - send replacement products to the customer.
4. Receipt and credit - receive the returned products and provide a refund. 
5. Receipt and no credit - receive the returned products without a refund.
6. Reject and ship back - reject the return based on the inspection of the returned products, and ship the products back to the customer.
