Users
The Settings -> Human resources -> Users section lists the system's users. You can edit their rights and view a log of their actions.
This page allows:
- adding or editing users,
- accessing the database log,
- accessing users' action logs,
- accessing users' reports.

Tips and tricks
- Click Create to add a new user.
- Click Reports to see the user's reports.
- Click Actions in the top-right corner of the table to view the database log.
- Click Actions on a user's line to view their actions log.
- The account administrator is displayed in italics.
Adding new users to the free trial
Users can be added freely during the free trial.
- Click the Create button to start adding new users at Settings -> Human resources -> Users.
- Enter the user's details and access permissions.
- Save.
Free users
A free user (team member) is an entry in Settings -> Human resources -> Users with no rights or access permissions (ALL checkboxes are unchecked).
So-called 'free user':
- is not billed for,
- cannot log in,
- may have assigned manufacturing operations.
To add a free user, click the "Create" button (the one with a plus mark), enter an email address, their name (optional), and a password, then click Save. You will see a new free user in the user list. All checkboxes with user rights should be unchecked, including the "Free Use" checkbox.
