Authentication options

Users can sign in to MRPeasy using their email address and password, or via Google or Microsoft.

Sign in with email and password

Email and password are set during registration or when an administrator creates a user. Read more about setting, changing, and restoring passwords in the User Details section.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

You can also authenticate using your Google or Microsoft account.

External sign-in is available only for existing MRPeasy user accounts, and the email address of your Google/Microsoft account must match the email address of your MRPeasy user.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra verification step during sign-in to protect your account.

Read more about how to set it up and how to configure it for a specific user.

Allowed IP addresses

Allowed IPs restrict access to MRPeasy so users can sign in only from approved networks (for example, your office network or VPN).

Read more about how to configure it and how to enable it for a user.
