What is included in the subscription fee? Are there any hidden costs?

Your subscription includes full access to MRPeasy’s core functionality based on your chosen plan – production planning, shop floor control, inventory and warehouse management, purchasing, CRM, reporting, and built-in integrations.

There are no hidden costs. MRPeasy has no paywalls for any functionality, software updates, support, or access to learning resources. You are not required to pay extra for mandatory implementation or training packages to get started. Any optional onboarding services, like training hours or advanced support, are clearly priced separately.

How many users do I need, and how do I change my plan later?

MRPeasy is priced per user per month. To control costs, we recommend only providing user seats to employees who actively use the system. Many of our customers start with a small number of users, such as production managers or implementation staff, and expand access as needed. After the first 10 users, each subsequent set of 10 users is available at a fixed rate of $79/month.

You can add or remove users and upgrade or downgrade your MRPeasy plan at any time through the software as your business requirements change.

Is MRPeasy suitable for my business size and type?

MRPeasy is built for small and medium-sized manufacturers and distributors (up to 200 employees). It combines ease of use with production, inventory, and warehouse management features that SMEs need the most.

While the software has a manufacturing focus, supporting a wide range of production types such as make-to-order, make-to-stock, and batch production, MRPeasy is also suitable as a standalone inventory management solution for e-commerce businesses.

How can I migrate to MRPeasy from my previous ERP system?

Migrating from another ERP system to MRPeasy is straightforward for most data. Simply export your key records, like inventory items, bills of materials, customers, and vendors, to CSV, which can then be loaded into MRPeasy via our built-in import tools.

MRPeasy provides import templates and formatting guidelines to streamline this process. Most customers migrating from previous systems import the bulk of their data within a few days.

How can I enroll for Advanced Support, and how much does it cost?

How can I get training hours, and how much do they cost?

MRPeasy training sessions focus on helping you learn to use specific MRPeasy features effectively. To request training, submit a support ticket and specify the topic you’d like to cover.

Training is billed at $150 per hour. We recommend booking 1 hour per topic to allow for a focused session. Once we receive your topic request, we’ll assign the appropriate specialist, issue an invoice, and confirm a training time after payment. Scheduling typically takes 2–3 business days.
