Shopify and MRPeasy work seamlessly together so that sales and shipments are done in Shopify, and products are manufactured, materials are handled, production is planned, and purchasing is managed in MRPeasy.

In this video, we demonstrate how the MRPeasy and Shopify integration works.
Let’s assume your company manufactures sunglasses and sells them through an online store.
Setting up products and SKUs
Your Shopify store is already set up, and your products are listed for sale.
The same products also exist in your MRPeasy account. Make sure that each product’s part number in MRPeasy matches its SKU in Shopify.
Importing a new Shopify order
When a customer places and pays for an order in your Shopify store, the order is automatically imported into MRPeasy.
The order receives the “In production” tag in Shopify and is created as a Customer Order in MRPeasy.
The Shopify order number is copied to the “Reference” field of the MRPeasy Customer Order.
When products are ready for shipment
If the ordered items are available in stock, they are automatically booked for the Customer Order in MRPeasy.
The Customer Order status is changed to “Ready for shipment.”
When products are not available
If the ordered items are unavailable, the Customer Order status remains “Confirmed,” and some manual action is required.

Once the items become available and are booked in MRPeasy, the “Ready for shipment” tag is added to the order in Shopify.
Fulfilling and shipping the order
When the order is fulfilled in Shopify, its tag changes to “Fulfilled.”
A shipment is then automatically created in MRPeasy, and the shipped items are deducted from inventory.
Synchronizing inventory levels
MRPeasy can also update available product quantities in Shopify automatically once per hour.
For example, if MRPeasy shows that 50 pairs of “Black Magic” sunglasses are available, Shopify will also show 50 pairs in stock after synchronization.
Connecting MRPeasy to Shopify
To connect MRPeasy and Shopify, go to:
Settings → System settings → Integrations → Shopify
Click “Connect to Shopify” and enter the required information.
Enter your Shopify store domain, then click “Install app.”
Configuring the integration
Choose whether inventory levels should be synchronized from MRPeasy to Shopify.
You can also choose whether to import customer information from Shopify or use a generic customer for imported orders.
Only new paid orders are imported
After the integration is configured, only new paid Shopify orders will be imported into MRPeasy.
Orders placed before the integration was enabled will not be imported.
