Hello and welcome to MRPeasy!

In this demo, we’ll show how MRPeasy integrates with ShipStation to streamline order fulfillment — from production all the way to shipping and tracking.

Let’s assume a small manufacturing company produces custom products and sells them online. Orders are managed in MRPeasy, while shipping is handled in ShipStation.

Here we have a customer order ready for shipment. The shipping address must be structured. Now let’s create a shipment.

We already have packing details and weight defined. To send the shipment to ShipStation, we click the green button in the top right corner. This transfers all shipment data automatically.

Now we switch to ShipStation to complete the shipping process. We can see our order in the “Awaiting Shipment” tab. We open the imported order to review and finalize it: select the shipping service and complete the shipment setup.

Once finalized, ShipStation generates the shipping label and updates the order status to “Shipped.” Tracking information is automatically sent back to MRPeasy.

Let’s return to MRPeasy. We can now see that the tracking number has been assigned to the shipment. The order is updated automatically, and the shipment is ready for pickup when the carrier arrives.

To connect MRPeasy with ShipStation, open ShipStation → Settings → Account → API Settings. Generate API Key and Secret. Go to MRPeasy → Settings → Integrations. Click “Connect to ShipStation.” Paste the API credentials and save.

Once connected, both systems exchange shipment data automatically.
