MRPeasy at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2026

From February 3 to 5, MRPeasy exhibited at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2026 in Farnborough, UK. With 10,722 visitors and 571 exhibitors, the show saw the strongest attendance in its 29-year history!

A hub for UK manufacturing

Southern Manufacturing & Electronics once again demonstrated why it remains one of the UK’s most important events for manufacturers. From the moment the doors opened, there was a steady buzz of activity on the show floor.

Exhibitors offered a wide range of technologies and services, from precision machining platforms and advanced CNC machinery to tooling solutions and specialized manufacturing software. 

Global brands such as Sony, Panasonic, and Mazak showcased large-scale manufacturing capability and innovation. However, the event wasn’t just for large enterprises. There were many small and medium-sized businesses, both exhibiting and attending the show. 

The mix of global industry leaders and growing businesses created a balanced and exciting environment. For MRPeasy, it was ideal – a place where both ambitious SMEs and established manufacturers were seeking practical, scalable systems to support their growth.

Meeting small manufacturers in the UK

Over the three days, our stand saw a steady flow of visitors from across the UK. We spoke with manufacturers at every stage of growth, from early-stage startups to well-established businesses.

Many visitors were new to MRPeasy and wanted to understand how manufacturing software could replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Others were already familiar with ERP systems but were actively searching for alternatives to legacy software that no longer supported their growth.

Meeting our customers in person

One of the highlights of this year’s event was connecting with existing customers. From the first hour of the show, our UK customers were stopping by the stand to share positive feedback and talk about how they use MRPeasy in their daily operations.

Many of our clients took the opportunity to ask more detailed questions about how to get even more out of MRPeasy. Having these conversations face-to-face was especially valuable, as we usually communicate with customers through email and support tickets.

Working alongside our UK partners

Our UK partners, Sara and Richard Duff from Smart Manufacture, joined us on the stand for all three days of the event. They were a key part of what made the event so successful. With a wealth of experience helping UK manufacturers implement MRPeasy, they added real depth to the conversations on the stand.

Having Sara and Richard at our stand meant visitors could not only learn about MRPeasy, but also understand what implementation often looks like in practice. Sara and Richard’s strong presence in the UK helped drive steady traffic to the stand, with many of their current customers stopping by to connect.

Looking ahead

Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2026 was a big success for MRPeasy. The conversations we had over the three days showed us just how much support we have in the UK and the strong interest in manufacturing software among UK businesses. We’re looking forward to building on this momentum.
