US Manufacturing Technology Orders Totaled $437.85 Million in March 2021, Increasing 16.1% from February 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

U.S. Manufacturing Technology Orders totaled $437.9 million, an increase of 16.1% over February 2021 and an increase of 41.6% over March 2020, according to the latest U.S. Manufacturing Technology Orders report published by AMT\u2013The Association For Manufacturing Technology. Total orders for 2021 reached $1.1 billion, almost one-third above the total orders in the first quarter of 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

UK Manufacturing Sector Is Growing at Highest Rate Since 1994<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The UK manufacturing industry saw more acceleration in the rate of expansion in April, according to the latest PMI data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growth of output and new orders were both among the best seen over the past seven years, leading to a solid increase in employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sector remained beset by supply-chain delays and input shortages, however, which contributed to increased purchasing costs and record selling price inflation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
