This is according to the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbi.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">CBI <\/a>quarterly industrial trends survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey of 300 manufacturing companies reported that business optimism improved significantly in the quarter to January, at the fastest pace since April 2014.
