MRPeasy is the leading cloud-based ERP for small manufacturers. We provide a simple yet powerful self-service manufacturing ERP<\/a>\/MRP system for companies with 10-200 employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week we questioned our clients about their satisfaction with MRPeasy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Firstly, let\u2019s start with our recent customer satisfaction survey, then we\u2019ll get into specific case studies to show why that is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Satisfaction Survey Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first result\nof our survey is that our end-users are really happy with MRPeasy, and spread\nthe word about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on our last survey, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 58, which is considered excellent. While on average for the software industry it is 30 (https:\/\/www.qualtrics.com\/marketplace\/nps-benchmarks\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NPS is\nmeasured on a -100 to +100 scale, and it is calculated based on how likely or\nunlikely respondents are to recommending the solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When asked, 75% said\ngave a recommendation score of 9 or 10 on a 10 point scale, indicating that\nthey are extremely likely <\/strong>to recommend MRPeasy to a friend or a\ncolleague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving forward, 92%\nare either very satisfied <\/strong>or extremely satisfied <\/strong>both with the\nease of use and ease of setting up the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, our\ncustomers have reported<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A\nreduction of inventory by more than 20%<\/strong><\/li>
  2. An increase\nin the utilization of equipment by 10%<\/strong><\/li>
  3. And\nan increase in on-time delivery by more than 20%<\/strong> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Also, 58% of respondents\nsaid that customer satisfaction has increased, and 83% reported that the\noverall performance of their company has increased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
