Among Nayure\u2019s core values are sustainability, purity as quality, and a less-is-more approach to product development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nayure specializes in manufacturing high-quality essential oils and fragrance blends sourced from sustainable sources all around the world. The company mostly sells its wares direct to consumers via a Shopify-powered webstore, but also employs B2B channels. Having launched only recently, Nayure is on the lookout for new ventures through which to reach a broader market and bring natural wellness products to a wider audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Focusing mostly on research and development in the first year of operation, Nayure began selling its wares only in 2023. The previous company he had been active in had used SAP, but the implementation complexity and general user experience of that system deterred him from considering it as a viable option. David\u2019s primary search terms were for a system that would be affordable yet provide the functionality and scalability that a starting operation with many moving parts requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He evaluated both big ERP systems and SME (small and medium enterprise) oriented solutions and finally came to two cloud-based systems: a productivity app primarily focused on inventory management and the manufacturing ERP system <a href=\"https:\/\/mrpeasy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MRPeasy<\/a>. While the former had a nice interface and seemed to satisfy initial requirements, the decisive factor ended up being the price \u2013 MRPeasy was twice as affordable yet promised to excel in both scalability and functionality. David explains: \u201cWe only needed one user as we were just starting out. There were times when I would go up to a month without using the software, so it felt crazy to spend a lot of money on it at this point.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Implementation_was_fast_thanks_to_comprehensive_online_resources\"><\/span>Implementation was fast, thanks to comprehensive online resources.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>David managed to implement MRPeasy\u2019s core functionality single-handedly in about a month. Instrumental in this was the software\u2019s thorough implementation guide, a wealth of online how-to videos, and a complete user manual accessible directly within the software. \u201cThrough the help aspects of the software itself, I was able to figure out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mrpeasy.com\/blog\/bill-of-materials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bills of materials<\/a> and everything else we needed on my own. I do not even know if I had any questions for the tech support team during implementation,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From day one, David was very satisfied with MRPeasy. The ease of use, help aspect, and intuitive interface quickly convinced him that he had made the right choice. As he puts it: \u201cMRPeasy just makes sense \u2013 everything is where it should be. I feel it is quite complete for what a lot of companies need. MRPeasy\u2019s built-in Shopify integration has also made managing the website a breeze thanks to automatically syncing stock and order statuses between the two systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>David sums up his experience with MRPeasy: \u201cIt allows us to stay informed about where we\u2019re at in terms of manufacturing processes, having our supplies in check, and keeping track of production lots. Our suppliers are also happy because we\u2019re more well organized.
